Marina di Varazze
Marina di Varazze stretches over a surface area of approx. 232,000m2 and offers 800 moorings for craft up to 45m in length. The site also includes luxury apartments, 900 parking spaces, restaurants, bars and shops. Set among luscious vegetation, the marina is connected to the centre of the Varazze by a short footpath. It is 25km from Genoa and 150km from Milan and Turin. Its position in relation to these north Italian cities is undoubtedly one of its strong points, allowing it to remain in full operation all year round.
Scope of Work
Coote & Co. was appointed to advise the Directors of the marina’s parent company, the Azimut Benetti Group, with regard to the brand identity and marketing communication programme of the overall facility. Responsibilities included the promotion of marina berths and residential units (B2C) as well as vacant retail and restaurant units (B2B).
