Marina di Livorno
The Marina di Livorno is a major project concerning the future development of the Port of Livorno and is part of a larger redevelopment plan for the entire Porta a Mare area. Adjacent to the warehouses, shipyard and other onshore facilities of the marina, which can accommodate up to 60 yachts, a new marina will be developed with two docks capable of offering berthing facilities for up to 700 yachts. The new marina will include an area dedicated to vessel refits and maintenance.
Scope of Work
Coote & Co. was appointed to undertake a full review of the marina facilities and to compile a comprehensive re-development proposal for the Marina di Livorno in order to maximise its appeal to superyacht captains and crew outside of the peak summer season.
