Large Yacht Brokers Association (LYBRA)
Founded in 2012 and based in Monaco, LYBRA is the trade association for superyacht brokerage companies who have a fleet of Central Agency yachts over 30m in length. It brings the biggest companies together to discuss current issues and to address the future concerns of the superyacht industry, which are common throughout each individual company, regardless of the industry competition they may face day-to-day. The founding members: Burgess, Edmiston, Fraser and Ocean Independence, have subsequently been joined by Northrop & Johnson, IYC, Y.CO and YachtZoo.
Scope of Work
Coote & Co. was appointed to assist LYBRA with the marketing and communication of their aims and objectives among the superyacht community and beyond. This ongoing project has included the overall clarification of the Association’s goals as well as ensuring cohesive and coordinated communication with the market as a whole, allowing the major superyacht brokerage companies the ability to speak as one voice and to work together for the benefit of clients.
